WATER SOURCE HEAT PUMPS:
Energy efficient HVAC system drawing heat from hot water and cold water pipes that runs throughout the building connect to the boilers operated by the landlord.
Individual Heat pumps in each suite allow tenant to determine the temperature that they desire.
